Each 30ml of the sterile concentrate solution contains:
Levofloxacin Hemihydrate 768.6 mg Eq. to 750 mg levofloxacin per 30 ml

Carton box containing glass vial containing 30 ml sterile concentrate solution + inner leaflet.
Store at temperature not exceed 30°C and avoid excessive heat and protect from freezing and light and It is used after dilution with sodium chloride 0.9% or dextrose 5% or sodium lactate for 72 hours
